What I've done

- Build the heart of the platform — the smart matching that connects the right graduates to the right jobs, and the tools recruiters use to hire people fairly.
- Work directly with the CTO to design and ship new features that make hiring less about luck and more about what people can actually do.
- Take a fast-moving startup vision and turn it into a real, working product — from first idea to the version people use every day.
- Cut stock losses by 97% in 90 days across 12,500+ products — saving around RM 60,000 every quarter.
- Kept the daily books over 98% accurate and built a simple system that cut reporting errors by a third and saved 1.5 hours a day.
- Spotted a 12% revenue opportunity in the sales data and pitched a plan to the owners to capture it.
- Built real-time computer-vision projects (software that recognises objects in a live camera feed) and got them running smoothly in classrooms.
- Designed a full AI & coding curriculum for students aged 3–19 — and an electronics track where kids built working gadgets.
- Led and grew student-ambassador teams of 35–40+ people across three progressive roles — hiring, training and mentoring, with several going on to senior roles.
- Ran a pipeline of 200+ international prospects, lifting conversion 15% and cutting drop-off 22% with better follow-up.
- Built live dashboards leadership actually used — driving a 25% jump in event attendance.
- Grew student use of JobStreet's job-matching platform on campus, running events and reporting results to the corporate team.
- Kept a 5-star rating guiding 100+ visitors from 20+ countries — planning each day around what they wanted, in three languages.
